We measure the things that really matter.

After many years of helping organisations to measure and improve employee satisfaction and engagement, we realised something.  Workplace that foster an environment of open-minded thinking where differences are celebrated and embraced have higher levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.  They are also more successful!

This is why we now focus on helping organisations measure and improve these things that really matter.

Optimum Workplaces are those that are genuinely committed to diversity and inclusion.  They see it as a core business strategy that is integral to their success.  Their leaders walk their talk and are comfortable with transparently measuring their commitment.

A long-term commitment.

Many ‘best-place-to-work’ awards tend to focus on showing off.  It can be more about the Award than building a better long-term workplace.

Optimum Workplace are committed to their long-term intentions, and this is what we confirm as part of our assessment process.

What’s involved?

Every workplace goes through a process that involves:

  • Interviews with the leadership team about their attitudes towards key priorities.
  • Confidential surveys with all team members about what it is really like to work there.
  • A ongoing commitment to continually improving anything that needs improving.

We only provide recognition to workplaces who are genuinely committed to doing important things well and taking a longer-term view of success.
